You will be responsible for establishing the presence of WOMANBOSS and act as the primary face of the company for partners and the broader community. Given that you will be working independently you should be entrepreneurial, energetic, and self-sufficient. Furthermore you should have a background or interest in e-commerce or media, and have a keen understanding of the latest lifestyle trends.?This position will work closely with the founding team.??Main duties and responsibilitiesOwn the entire sales cycle, which includes:- Identifying and networking with female founded / led companies that cater primarily to millennial customers- Setting and implementing product assortment and buying strategy- Be the primary point of contact for onboarding partners to the WOMANBOSS platformDeliver against monthly metric-driven targets including that of revenue, gross margin, number of merchants, products, etc?Set reporting and analysis standards and provide regular updates of KPIsRepresent WOMANBOSS in the broader female entrepreneurship and empowerment communityWork closely with other members of the teams to grow the overall business?Essential skills and experienceAt least 2 years experience in a business development / digital marketing / buying role, preferably at a media or e-commerce companyStrong commercial sense and networking skillsUnderstanding of the latest millennial trendsInterest in entrepreneurship and startups
