Overview

Responsible for reconfirmations of hotel and travel accommodations for Crewmembers and well as support of the Scheduling department.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily operational flight activities.
    • Ensure Ground Transportation and Hotels are booked, confirmed, and reconfirmed, based on rolling schedule
    • Implement corrective action, as necessary, if ground transportation fails to show or flights are on a rolling delay
  • Communicate information about transportation or hotel reservation changes to affected stations, vendors, and departments within the GCC and Hotel Connections
  • Serve as a liaison between the Manager on Duty (MOD), Crew Scheduling, and the Travel and Hotel departments
  • Handle high volume of communications, i.e., phone and email traffic, while providing professional customer service


Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Aviation experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and approachable manner
  • Ability to prioritize workload while handling multiple tasks
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally
